Geleneksel PRK y\u00f6nteminden farkl\u0131 olarak Trans PRK, g\u00f6ze fiziksel temas gerektirmeyen tamamen lazer tabanl\u0131 (no-touch) bir tekniktir. \u0130\u015flem s\u0131ras\u0131nda kornean\u0131n en d\u0131\u015f tabakas\u0131 olan epitel, lazer yard\u0131m\u0131yla nazik\u00e7e kald\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r ve ard\u0131ndan alttaki kornea dokusu yeniden \u015fekillendirilerek g\u00f6rme kusurlar\u0131 d\u00fczeltilir.
